Yes! You can sent your ringtones anywhere you wish! Unlike other companies, we do not restrict your downloads to a single telephone number.

What types of phones are supported? top

We support the majority of mobile phones.

Ringtones are available for all brands (iPhone, Nokia, Motorola, Sony-Ericsson, Sanyo and others) that support mp3 format or m4r (iPhone). Consult your phone's manual. Internet connection must be included in your cellphone's subscription plan. Ask your carrier company to enable this service.

Mobile Games are available for the majority of mobile phones. In most game titles you can find additional information for the screen size of the game. For example the "Wallace And Gromit Adventures (176x220 )" game is for phones with screen size 176x220 pixels. What do I do with the download link I received? top

1. Open the message Ringophone sent you.
2. Scroll down to the download link.
3. Click on the link and the download will start automatically.
4. When the download is finished, just save it.

I don’t have internet on my phone. Can I still get ringtones/graphics/games from Ringophone? top
Don’t have internet access from your phone? Don’t worry. Select the item you want and click the "Get it" button. Then select the "Download to PC" method to save your item in your computer. Now you can transfer it to your phone using a USB / Data Cable, SD Memory Card or Bluetooth (consult your phone's manual.)

I've downloaded an item to my phone but it doesn't work. Why? top
Some downloads may not be compatible with a particular phone. Please check your phone's documentation to ensure it is compatible with the file format you are attempting to download.

What are download credits? top
One download credit is equals with one ringtone or graphic or game download. To avoid account abuse, there is a limited number of 20 downloads per day. Every day you will have 20 new available downloads.

Are your ringtones legally licensed? top

Ringophone.com supports the music composers and pays copyright fees for all ringtone downloads. Ringophone.com has blanket licenses from the appropriate music publishers and performing rights from ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) and others.

Ringophone.com makes every possible effort to identify the rights holder for each ringtone. However, if you are aware of any ringtones for which we do not hold the appropriate licenses, please e-mail legal@ringophone.com. We would be happy to sign a typical licensing agreement and pay the appropriate fees.
